The Founder & Managing Director of Mumbai Film Academy, Shri Brajesh Pandey is an experienced Sound Designer having started his career way back in 1985 as a Sound Recordist for Shankar Jaikishan’s Supertracks Sound Recording Studios at Famous Studios Mahalaxmi.

Later he joined Bombay Film Laboratories as a Film Sound Recordist and worked with Khayyam, Vanraj Bhatia, Laxmikant Pyarelal, Ravindra Jain, Ram Laxman, Uttam Singh recording film songs & Backgound Music for Rajashri Productions Maine Pyar Kiya & Hum Aapke Hain Kaun.

In 1988 He joined Filmcenter Recording studio and teamed up with Salil Chaudhary, Kalyanji Anandji, Viju Shah for films like Tridev & Mohra. He enjoyed working with R.D Burman for films like Parinda & 1942 Love Story.

He worked in the music industry in its boom period alongwith Music directors like Laxmikant Pyarelal, Bappi Lahiri, Rajesh Roshan, Anu Malik, Nadeem Shravan, Anand Milind, Jatin Lalit, Amar Utpal & Mahesh Kishore. Ismail Darbar, Shankar Ehsan Loy, Jatin Lalit, Himesh Reshamia, Vishal Bharadwaj, Aadesh Srivastav. Recording for Music Directors like Anu Malik, Bappi Lahiri, Viju Shah Anand Milind, Jatin Lalit became a regular feature.

Shri Brajesh Pandey recorded songs for eminent film makers like Gulshan Rai, F.C Mehra, Sultan Ahmed, Nasir Hussain, Subhash Ghai, Yash Chopra, B.R Chopra, Rahul Rawail, J.P Dutta, Yash Jauhar, Ramanand Sagar, Shakti Samanta, N. Chandra, Rajkumar Santoshi, Shashi Kapoor, Shekhar Kapoor, Vinod Chopra, Vinod Mehra, Sanjay Leela Bhanshli, Mansoor Khan, Aamir Khan, Shahruk Khan and recorded songs with almost all Singers including Lata Mangeshkar & Asha Bhosle, Kishore Da & Manna Dey.

He Recorded top singers like Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Alka Yagnik, Kavita Krishnamurty Anuradha Podwal, Poornima Udit Narayan, Sonu Nigam,Kumar Sanu, Shaan, Abhijeet, Sukhwinder, Babul Supriyo, Daler Mehndi, Adnan Sami, and many more upcoming singers. Due to his pleasant personality he made a good network with artists and technicians within the Film & Music Industry.

Entry in the television domain started with Sahara T.V in the year 1995. Sandese Aate hain…. was recorded here. The idea of Film Academy came in the year 1996 and a company was registered in 1998 to provide content for Media & Entertainment. In year 2010 Shri Brajesh Pandey is entering the 25th year in the service of Media & Entertainment.
